How it works
Each hole has a banker who plays a separate bet against every other player at once. Everyone else sets their bet on the tee, up to a cap, and the banker plays them all heads-up. Win as banker and you collect from everyone; lose and you pay them all.

Banker rotates by hole winner, a fixed order, or honors.

A maximum bet per player keeps a hot hole from getting out of hand.
