The service

Rake Golf is a private, invitation-only app and a service of Simons Says Consulting, Inc., for organizing golf trips: rounds, scores, group games, and settlement tallies. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use by invited group members. Text messages from this service are sent by Simons Says Consulting, Inc.

Messaging terms

By providing your mobile number when joining a trip, you consent to receive trip-related text messages (score confirmations, live round links, results, and recap notifications). Message frequency varies — typically a few messages on golf days only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or contact rob@simons.coach. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Scores, games, and settlement

Rake Golf is a scorekeeping and settlement-tracking tool for friendly group golf games. It does not facilitate gambling, handle wagers or payments, set odds, or take any cut. Game results and settlement figures are calculated for the group's convenience and entertainment only; any settlement among friends happens directly between them. The app is a scorekeeper, not a party to any game or wager.

Acceptable use

Access is for invited members only. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other groups' data, or use it for unlawful activity.
